About me...
I knew from a young age I wanted to work in film. I attended the University of the Fraser Valley, where I studied art history, writing for film, and media/communications. I took the digital film and video program through the Art Institute of Vancouver and graduated in 2009. Since then I've been focusing my skills in the art and set decoration departments. I have production designed and decorated shorts, features, commercials and television series. In 2017 I won my first Leo for Best Production Design in a Short Film: "Twilight Storytellers: Mary Alice Brandon File." In 2016, I production designed "When Pigs Fly," the first and only, fully Canadian produced commercial to ever air at a Super Bowl event. I have a thoughtful approach to my work, and believe in creating a safe and productive work environment for my team. I truly love what I do. I am dedicated to producing the best looking sets possible!
